To register and maintain an account with betcx, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
When registering, you will be required to provide your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number. BetCX may at any time require you to submit additional verification documents including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.
Duplicate Account Policy: Opening more than one betcx account is strictly prohibited. If betcx detects multiple accounts held by the same individual — including through shared devices, IP addresses or payment methods — all accounts may be suspended and any winnings voided pending investigation.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your betcx account credentials. This includes your password, your PIN if set, and any two-factor authentication codes linked to your account.
BetCX accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to follow the security guidelines above. However, where betcx identifies a security breach that was caused by a fault in the betcx platform, we will investigate and compensate appropriately.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless betcx support specifically approves an alternative. BetCX reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or amounts exceeding Rs 50,000.
BetCX offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All betcx promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Withdrawal Sequencing: When you request a withdrawal from betcx and you have both real-money and bonus funds in your account, real-money funds are always withdrawn first. Bonus funds remain active until their wagering requirement is met or they expire.
All sports bets placed on the betcx platform are governed by these Terms and the specific sport rules published in the betcx sportsbook. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that sport and market.
All RNG (random number generator) games available on the betcx platform use independently audited algorithms certified by accredited third-party testing organisations. RTP percentages are published on individual game information pages accessible from the betcx game lobby.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betcx platform. Any account found to be engaged in the activities listed below may be suspended immediately and winnings voided pending investigation:
Fraud Prevention: BetCX uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts continuously. Suspicious activity triggers immediate review. Players whose accounts are under review may experience temporary withdrawal holds pending the outcome of the investigation.

BetCX reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, betcx reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, betcx may void winnings and return deposits only at its discretion. Where a player voluntarily requests account closure and no breach has occurred, betcx will process a full balance withdrawal within seven business days.
All content on the betcx platform — including but not limited to the betcx brand name, logo, software, website design, text, graphics, game assets and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of BetCX or its licensed partners. No part of the betcx platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from betcx.
The betcx name and logo are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use of betcx branding, including the creation of imitation sites or social media accounts, will be pursued through all available legal channels.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betcx's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
BetCX is not liable for losses caused by:
Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute with betcx regarding a bet settlement or account action, you should first contact betcx support. Betcx will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate the dispute in writing to support@betcx.net. Betcx will provide a final written response within 14 business days of escalation.
BetCX reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betcx will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (e.g., typographical corrections, clarifications) may be updated without prior notice.
Continued use of the betcx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the betcx platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
